Acrobat DC reader problem

It suddenly became totally unusable, now all I get is a large gray box in the center of the App.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn't work either.

I had to use the task manger in order to close it. I will never use Adobe products again!

Did you run AcroCleaner after the uninstall? https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html
