anytime my computer restarts or by accident I am logged out of adobe DC - I am not able to use the editing functions. It keeps asking me to download adobe again...it's like it signs me back in automatically but doesn't give me the editing functions and thinks I need to download again...?

thanks for any assistance.

Hi Kul,

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are not able to use the editing functions. It keeps asking you to download Acrobat again

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the email you are using on this community and found that you have an active subscription of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

Please make sure you are logged into Adobe Acrobat pro DC (Paid Subscription) and not Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Freeware application). Logout of the application and reboot the computer once and login to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC  using the same Adobe ID and password and check.

Also make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer

Let us know if you experience any trouble and need more help.

Regards

Amal
