As of today 4/17/24 our companies report is in PDF format and will NOT allow any of us to fill in the required fields of our reports. Anyone have any idea as to what or why this is happening?

Please check and let us know if the issue occurs with all the PDFs. Did you start experiencing this behavior after the recent update?
It would be helpful if you could share the PDF form with the issue and the screen recording of the steps you take to fill out the form. Also, share the Acrobat and OS versions currently in use.

I haven't tried other PDF files.. However others in my company have, they say same thing. When you go to the field, click on it it just highlights it dark blue and will not let you enter anything. As for posting the form, I can not do that as it shows company information that can't be disclosed.

Share the current Acrobat and OS version number on the machine.

Thank you for your patience so far.
The issue has been resolved. Please reboot the machine and then relaunch Acrobat.
Then wait for some time and try again to fill the forms.
