Hi Remo

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the error message 'Acrobat has noticed a problem, some features may not work as expected.'

- Is this an issue with all the PDFs that you try to open?

- Are the files stored on a shared network/drive? If yes, please download and save the PDF to your computer first and then try to open it with Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC and check.

Please try to repair the installation and reboot the computer once and check

Please try to repair the installation and reboot the computer once and check. Go to Help > Repair installation.

If it still doesn't work, please try to reset the Acrobat Preferences to default as described in the help page (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792... and check.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try using the application there and check

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Amal
