Back from Holiday: acrobat pro always closes after 1 minute (win 10) No matter if I open something or not.
I also don't need AI functions in Acrobat. Is there any (older) version w/o for dl?

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.
As described, 'acrobat pro closes always after 1 minute (win 10) No matter if I open something or not. '
Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat application you are using? Please take help from the article https://adobe.ly/4m5oogQ
Try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and reboot the application and see if that works.
If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/4mT7vqU , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and check.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi,
thx for quick answer. My acrobat is part of creative cloud and the latest version as cc installed it automatic. I wanted to use the acrobat cleaner tool, but there is written: The tool cannot be used with any Creative Cloud products or Acrobat delivered with CS products. So what?

Hello @Awesome_Hero1910
I hope you are doing well, and I am sorry for the trouble you had with the app.
For testing purposes, could you please create a test user profile with full admin rights and install Acrobat, and check if the app still crashes? If it does, please collect the logs and share them with us. To collect the logs, download and run the Log Collector tool. Make sure to select all log options and attempt to reproduce the issue. After that, close the Log Collector tool; it will generate the logs along with a log ID. Please share this log ID with us for further investigation.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.
