We have this one user when he opens a layered PDF makes the application crash. He is opening the app on a terminal server and he is the only affected user, all other users can open the layered file and it's this only layered file that is affected too.
Reinstalling the app is out of the question and we have already tried restoring original preferences in the windows registry.
Another workaround that we tried is to use the optimize tool in the Adobe app but that didn't worked still.
