Acrobat Pro DC read out loud skips chapters

hi,

i'm just wondering if there is a way that i can have acrobat read out loud the whole document without it skipping chapters?

 i've selected read whole document

also, it doesn't stop/pause at a full stop/period . it's very annoying

can we talk to Adobe about this? if so, how do i do that? i'd like it to scroll with the reading
