Hello,
I followed multiple guides, played with preferences (Remember current state of toolpane, restore last view, etc.) - this didn't work.
Reinstalled the app following extensive registry clean-up, user profile settings remvoal and all other possible artefacts from previous installs, in fact I removed every reference to adobe from registry, services, browser helpers and so on.
Still, after clean install, I'm getting the same behaviour and the tools pane keeps appearing like the worst nightmare.
Contacting Adobe is impossible for free products, apparently they are "take it as is".
Any ideas how to remove this anoying pane? And I don't want to go back to old version, this is clearly not a solution....
thanks
PS. How can this be reported to Adobe????
