Acrobat Reader Crashes when view on internet explorer

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2

Version of Acrobat Reader: 20.013.20074

Hello,

When users on my company browsing on PDF documents on internet explorer, internet explorer crashing.

I remove Acrobat reader bt "Acrobat Cleanup Tool" and Install Again.

Before that, there was Acrobat reader 11.0.2 on Server.

Mybe any security setting Causes it ?

Any Idea ?

We have released an update for the application. Please try updating the application to the latest version 21.001.20135. 

Check if the issue still occurs.

HI Meenakshi,

Update Acrobat Reader to Version 21.001.20135 not resoved the problem.

I Attached Picture of the error.

My system support only internet explorer 11.

*** On Acrobat Reader Version 11.0.9 its works fine and there is no error

Any solutions?
