I am having trouble downloading the Acrobat Reader DC (Free Version) latest patch (19.010.20099).
In the past, I've gotten the MUI MSP installer from the following: DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
When I click into the latest version of Acrobat (19.010.20099) and download the MUI file (AcroRdrDCUpd1901020099_MUI.msp) it simply downloads a 1 KB "Download" file.
