This issues was previously reported on MAC files.  I am working in a file that was previously used for a shared review, the sharing has stopped...  BUT I am having this error after 1 hour of work in the file.  I don't know what the pop up is - it has Adobe Acrobat across the top, but it is blank.  Yesterday same thing only the pop up was tiny.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting a blank pop up window

-Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing that leads to blank pop up?

-Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

- What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat also make sure you have the recent update 21.07.20099 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-system-errors-freezes-mac.html and see if that helps

Regards

Amal

Hi @Jeff26224610c21h

we are sorry to hear that. Please try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and make sure you have the application updated to the recent version 22.2.20212 go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer

Also, try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau... and check

Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing that leads to this pop up? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

We are here for help, just need more info.
