Hello,
When using Acrobat Reader DC it crashed randomly.
The problem is I cant find out why this is.
I already deleted Acrobat Reader DC with the clean up tool and then reinstalled the application.
If i look in eventvwr i get the message you can see below.
The message is in Dutch thought, but it wont say why it crashed, it just crashed.
Is there any way I can find out why it crashes multiple times randomly?
I happens about twice a day.

I am sorry for the trouble and for the delayed response to your query.
Please install the latest patch available of Adobe Reader 19.010.20098 from help>check for updates. Reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and check.
Are you experiencing the crash issue when you launch Adobe Reader or while viewing any PDF file?
If you are still experiencing the crash/freeze issue with the latest update of Adobe Reader, create a test user profile with full admin rights and check. Install Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
What is the version of Windows installed?
If you still face the crash issue, please collect the crash logs of the machine and share it with us. I have shared the steps to collect the log files by direct/private message, please share the log files in the same direct message.

It appears that the newest update has resolved the issues for now. We are
testing it for another few days before rolling it out for all of the users.
