Hello All,

I have an issue with Acrobat Reader DC on my Windows server (2012 R2), the Acrobat Reader version is 20.013.20074.18474.

When i try to use the print button, Acrobat Reader will instantly crash.

This problem occurs with all of my .PDF files and the printers are Working well with other software.

I tried to change my default printer -> But it's still the same problem.
I run Acrobat Reader as administrator -> Same Problem

I disable the protected Mode -> Same problem
I update Acrobat Reader -> Same problem

I tried to repair and reinstall Acrobat reader -> Same problem
I tried to delete everything of Adobe by using the AcrobatCleaner -> Same problem
I tried to print from antoher user on Windows  -> Same Problem

I don't know what I can do.

I hope one of you can help me solve this.

Have a nice day

Best Regards
