Acrobat Reader DC extremely slow

Hello, I have a user at my workplace who has reported this issue. Adobe Reader is extremely slow when scrolling down documents and lags like crazy when dragging the window. Sometimes it will crash and say "not responding".

I've tried repairing the installation, doing a clean installation, turning off Enhanced Security and Protected Mode, changing the reading order, disabling Game Mode in Windows, but nothing seems to be working. Any solutions?

 

The user is on Windows 10 64bit, with Adobe Reader 32bit on the latest version, which is 22.002.20191.
