Acrobat Reader DC for enterprise (Awaiting reply for months)

I have submitted my request for distribution renewal for Reader/Flash/Air/Shockwave.  I have had this several times before and when it came to renewal this year I haven't received the email with my links yet.  Can I get my request processed and can you consider adding a way for people to follow up on their requests.

Also, I would like to mention if the application has been filed with public domain email id, the system will reject the application. One must have mentioned their private email id (not having a public domain like Gmail, Yahoo... etc..).
