Acrobat Reader DC Freezes on Startup

Whenever I open Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, it simply gives me a blank page with my mouse using the loading circle. I have waited up to an hour (I was cooking) and whenever I click the page, it gives me the "(Not Responding)" at the top. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, run as admin, and tested with a PDF I am possitive works. Nothing kept it from freezing on startup of the app. I have also tried to open it through default file open, .exe running, and using the app on my start menu. If someone could tell me how to fix this that would be great. I'm running the most up-to-date version of Win 10 and have completely updated Adobe as well.
