Get Black Screen in Safari when opening PDF with message that says:
Adobe Acrobat Reader
Before proceeding you must first launch Adobe Acrobat and accept the End User License Agreement.
Yesterday I had purchased a subscription to Acrobat Reader Pro DC and this bug appeared. I called CS and cancelled the subscription. Then I used App Zapper to delete all of the Acrobat Reader Pro DC files, thinking that the bug would go with the files. However, I find that the bug is still here when I try to open a PDF with Safari. I have a version of Acrobat Reader DC that I downloaded February 10, 2018 that was working fine before I had downloaded the subscription version. However, the bug from the Pro version, seems to have affected the free version.
I contacted Customer Support, but they wouldn't help me because I no longer have a subscription.
Does anyone have a solution?
