Need help Acrobat reader DC not supported when downloaded Quickbooks Pro. When down load banking information to put into Quickbooks Pro Acrobat Reader DC not supported. NEED HELP! Please call me.

Hi Arlenee,

If Quickbooks Pro isn’t supporting Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, it is actually an Intuit problem. Sometimes when software conflicts, the user doesn’t always know.

I found this on the Intuit forum and I hope it helps. If not, please post on that forum.

Please do not post your private information or ask for phone calls. Nobody will contact you privately except a SCAMMER, who wants control of your PC to do bad things, and steal your credit card info !! There is no phone support or any other kind of support from Adobe for their free software: you get what you pay for.

But the fellow users in this group MIGHT be able to help. Please explain your problem in full detail, with any error messages in full.
