Acrobat Reader DC on RDS 2016 freeze

Having issue with Acrobat Reader DC 18.011.20038.5321 ,

the Reader freeze on random on the terminal server 2016 for 1 user.

I do not know where to start debug this issue since it is freezing and all left to be done is kill the task

so nothing on event log.

Help appreciated

I think I would give him a new profile, if that is not a big hassle for you, letting him start over with his Adobe settings.
