Acrobat Reader DC on Remote Desktop Server

Hi,

I have installed Acrobat Reader DC on a RDS Server and one user is complaining about Acrobat hanging somtimes. It hangs on "Processing page 1 of 1". It doesn't happen all the time and document size doesn't matter also. Other users are not complaining. I have already uninstalled completely and installed the lastest version.

Any ideas?
