Acrobat Reader DC will not OPen

Hey Guys,

Im having a hard time opening up my PDF files and my acrobat it will not open a window pop's up and i click yes and nothing happens. I tried everything from uninstalling it to installing it again it just doesn't work .... I also created another account on the computer and it just doesn't work help.

We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader, please reboot the machine once, and use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and download the latest version of Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Assuming you are using Windows machine, please try the steps mentioned below:

Once the setup is downloaded, please right click on the setup file and click on ‘properties’.

Reboot the machine and download the latest version of Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Assuming you are using Windows machine, please try the steps mentioned below:

Once the setup is downloaded, please right click on the setup file and click on ‘properties’.

Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/7 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation.

Once this is done, restart the computer and locate Adobe Reader icon, right click on it and choose>Run as Administrator.

Try opening few PDF files with Adobe Reader, go to Window -> Cascade -> Tile and see if that brings up the PDFs.
