Dear Friends

Greetings for the New Year 2017 - Healthy and Prosperous Year always

I am seeking help on the following

In the earlier version I was able to crop my documents but in the recently downloaded Acrobat Reader DC I am not able to.

Instead I have to take subscription.

How can I solve this matter without having to take subscription as I am not a regular user for the trimming of the documents.

Thank you for the help

Sincere Regards

Suresh

Use Adobe Acrobat for this. Acrobat Reader can't crop pages.

If you paid for Acrobat XI - several hundred dollars - you should reinstall it and use it. The free Reader has never done this. If you have lost your license to Acrobat XI - or it was with a previous employer - you can buy or subscribe to Acrobat DC. Please note the difference between Acrobat (paid) and Acrobat Reader (free).

In Acrobat Reader you can crop.

  1. Choose "Tools"
  2. Choose "Select & Zoom"
  3. Choose "Snapshot"
  4. Drag and highlight the area you want to crop
  5. Place your mouse inside the highlighted area
  6. Right-click and choose "print"

That does not crop the file. That only crops the printed version. The file itself remains untouched.
