Acrobat Reader disabled update keeps updating

As you can check in the screenshot, having the "Adobe Acrobat Update Service" disabled, it pops-out a message to update it. Anyone knows why this is happening?

Turning off the Update Service is not enough to stop updates. Did you update the registry keys as documented in the Enterprise Deployment Toolkit?
