Acrobat Reader gets automatic update and then won't print.

This is happening to all my users. I uninstall Reader, run Acro Cleaner, restart, reinstall, run a test print and it works properly for a while, but then it gets an automatic update and the user can no longer print. For one user, I have had to run the above procedure 4 times today for just one user.

Something is broken and it needs to be fixed ASAP. I support over 80 users so this is unacceptable.

Please help....

Hi,

Same problem is happening here :

https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/unable-to-print-from-adobe-reader-dc-after...

A temporary solution has been posted by someone.

It's working for us, but not very well, if you want to try.

Have a nice day
