J'ai téléchargé plusieurs fois la nouvelle version d'acrobat reader et pourtant, impossible d'y accéder depuis mon mac, adobe me demande systématiquement de prendre un abonnement payant avec 7 jours d'essai gratuit.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with using Acrobat Reader and the delayed response.
In case you are still looking for a solution, you might want to try the steps below:
Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/4l3T020, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/45nk9Zh and see if that works for you.

I hope you are doing well, and we are sorry for the trouble you had.
Could you please provide more details about the issue? Are you using a Mac or a Windows machine, and what version do you have? Have you tried performing a clean installation using the Acrobat Cleaner tool, rebooting your device, and then installing the free Acrobat Reader from the direct link? If you haven't done this yet, please give it a try.
If you have tried the steps, then please ensure you have all the mandatory and optional updates of the operating system installed, create a test user profile with full admin rights, install Acrobat Reader, and check the performance. Ensure that you don't have the Acrobat Pro Desktop version installed. As with the freeware Acrobat Reader, you can use it for viewing, printing, signing, sharing, and annotating PDFs. Any other services or tools that a part of Acrobat, you may get a message to subscribe.
If the issue continues, please provide the following information: the current version of the operating system on your device, a screen recording with the steps/workflowto reproduce the issue. and the logs from the affected machine. To collect the logs, download and run the Log Collector tool. Make sure to select all log options and attempt to reproduce the issue. After that, close the Log Collector tool; it will generate the logs along with a log ID. Please share this log ID with us for further investigation.

Même problématique et l'outil fourni par Adobe ne fonctionne pas puisque la problématique réapparait quelques heures plus tard ou le lendemain... et aucun retour sur le sujet
