Acrobat reader PDF no inicia o no abre documentos

hola. descargue la app gratuita, la instale todo bien. Pero al querer abrir un documento no abre, no inicia no hace nada, lo desintale volvi a instalar y es lo mismo. la aplicacion no inicia.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

As mentioned, Acrobat doesn't start or when trying to open the file it doesn't open at all. Have you started experiencing this issue after making any changes in the system or installing the update for Acrobat? Or this has been an ongoing issue?

What's your current version of Acrobat?  Open Acrobat>help>About Acrobat (Win)

 

Try these steps and see if that helps:

1- Restart your computer.

2- Try launching the app without opening the file

3- Check with another file.

Did nothing work?
