Acrobat Reader PRO DC Language and Font pack

Hello and thank you for your time.

Im currently assisting a client who uses USPTO to file pdf files in Japanese.  File is failing and from my understanding the application needs a font and language pack to format correctly.  The MSI files ive found are specifically for the Acrobat Reader DC and not the Acrobat Reader PRO DC version and will fail during install specifiying that the version is not installed.  Please assist.  Does the PRO version come packed with this or is there another installer that I cannot locate.

1. There is no such app as "Acrobat Reader Pro" so you will not find anything for this! The product is called Acrobat Pro only. (DC is like a version so Acrobat Pro DC is the product and version).

2. Acrobat Pro does not have or need a language pack. This is available in the install. I don't know if it is installed by default; at one time it was a custom install option (but available in all languages).

If the client is seeing a failure please provide a screen shot (showing the app window and the message at the same time) and we may have an idea of the way forward.
