This happened before and it's happened again, spontaneously today: Acrobat Reader DC is requiring me to verify my identity and log in EVERY time I open a document. This is crazy making.

Chat told me to uninstall and reinstall. Done.

Chat told me to set my default to Acrobat Reader DC. It already was.

Chat told me to come here... so here I am.

PDFs opened fine yesterday. What happened, and how do I fix it?

Hi @Morgana0D4D

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue description that Acrobat repeatedly prompted to sign in. Here is a post link on a similar issue, kindly follow all the steps provided there ;

https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/acrobat-keeps-asking-to-sign-in/m-p/11525698

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harsh
