Acrobat Reader Tool: Messwerkzeug - Maßstab nicht mehr einzustellen

Seit einiger Zeit vermisse ich unter Adobe Acrobat Reader (2024.002.20759) die Möglichkeit im Tool "Meßwerkzeug" mittels Rechtsklick dem Maßstab einstellen zu können. Zwar geht noch immer ein Kontext-Menü auf, jedoch fehlt hier der Eintrag "Maßstab und Genauigkeit ändern". In einem Austausch mit dem Kunden-Support wurd ich informiert, dass mehr Werzeuge als Apetithäppchen genutzt werden, um Kunden in die Pro-Version zu ziehen. Damit ist die langjährig genutzte Funktion für mich im Reader unbrauchbar geworden. Schade drum, denn wir hatten zusammen eine gute Zeit. Jetzt suche ich mir ein anderes Meßwerkzeug.

Would you mind sharing a small video recording of the same for more clarity also make sure you have the application updated to the recent version 24.02.20759 from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Leider habe ich nicht die Möglichkeite Bildschirmvideos aufzunehmen. Ich hoffe der angefügte Screenshot hilft an dieser Stelle.

Das gleiche Problem habe ich auch. 

Die rechtsklick Funktion zeigt nicht die Einstellungen fürs Messen und daher lässt sich der Maßstab nicht einstellen

We are sorry to hear that, please try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works.

I have the same problem since a few weeks, it no longer works as described on the website in the sub-item "Setting options for the measurement tool" (https://helpx.adobe.com/de/acrobat/using/grids-guides-measurements-pdfs.html). If you right-click after selecting Measure Objects - Measurement Tool, you will see what @Philipp37974996f6us showed in the video.
There is no update available, nor has uninstalling and reinstalling done anything.
Is it now a tool which is just working in the pro version?

Mit der Produktversion 2024.002.20895 war das Problem behoben und der Maßstab ließ sich wieder einstellen. Top! Damit ist das Tool wieder nutzbar und mein Anliegen erledigt. Allen Beteiligten ein herzliches Dankeschön.
