Acrobat Reader - Unexpectantly Quit

Hi,

The program just quit on me which it has done before. When I came back, my document was gone. I do a multiple page report which I save after each page. I was 75% done so it was saved to my desktop multiple times. Any options? 3 hours down the drain unless I can find it. Anyone?

Sorry to hear about the frustrating experience. The reports you are referring here, must be saved in your system library (as mentioned that you keep saving after making changes) or if it is on Document Cloud storage, then you can check once here: Adobe Document Cloud 

Since you have reported about the application quit unexpectedly, so we would like you to follow the troubleshooting steps suggested below and see if that makes any improvement in preference- 

• Reboot computer.
• Check if you have the latest version installed. Open Acrobat>Help>Check for update DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
• If this doesn't work, then repair the installation. Open Acrobat>Help>Repair Installation
• Refer to the troubleshooting steps suggested here: Resolve Acrobat DC intermittent crashes on Windows
• If none of the solution provided works, then uninstall the application using cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  and reinstall it Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all version
