Hallo Community,
Andy Goller

Hi Andy
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.
If you have installed the 32-bit Acrobat Reader DC application, you will be automatically upgraded to the 64-bit version of Acrobat Reader DC gradually. This upgrade is silent and currently applicable to a limited number of users.
If you have installed Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit and you purchase an Acrobat DC subscription, the Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit application will upgrade to become a fully functional Acrobat DC 64-bit application.
To stop the Acrobat Reader DC 32-bit application from automatically upgrading to the 64-bit version, create the following registry key before the first launch of the application as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/about-acrobat-reader-dc-migration-to-64-bit.html

Hello Amal,
thanks you for your answer. But die Woraround doesn´t work. I tryed ist several times by myself an found this solution: Steps order is important!
Disabel Adobe Acrobat Update Service (Task msconfig)
Install 32 bit Reader ( do NOT open Programm)
Delay Adobe Acrobat Update Task ( task scheduler)
Modify the RegKey´s :
Type „MODE DWORD“ 0 (32 bit)
Type „MODE DWORD“ 0 (32 bit)
Delay Update Servcie Task :
SC DELETE AdobeARMservice
Restart System.
Thx for trying support.

Hi Andy
Hope you are doing well.
Would you mind sharing more details like the version of the OS and the Acrobat Reader DC application you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.11.20039 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also, please collect the Adobe Procmon logs https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html and Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and share them via Document cloud as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html for further investigation.
Regards
Amal
