Die Windows Anmeldekennung des Users hat sich geändert.
Nun lassen sich PDFs nicht mehr digital signieren.
Wie ist hier die Vorgehensweise?

Could you please try adding a new digital id in Acrobat using the steps given in the link below and check if that resolves the issue?

Sorry for the delay in response.
With the limited information provided, I am not sure what kind of Digital signature, I would request to check the preferences.
To check preference, launch Acrobat/Reader > Edit>Preferences>Sigature.
