activate Thumbnails for the hole company

I recently took over responsibility for the Adobe reader in our company.
I would have to activate the thumbnails preview for all users with the next update. Can you tell me what I have to do here? I have already found a regestry key but this alone does not activate it

I found the option to activate it, but now we have some PC's where the problem is still on. The setting is active but the thumbnails are not working
