Hi,
I realise that this is a community inwhich users can assist each other but with no other way of contacting Adobe directly I'm logging this post because we have missplaced/lost our administrative credentials and the Managing Director of the company is currently taking family leave and is not accessible.
I need administrative access to our account in order to update our plan and ensure that all details are correct (payment, contact, users etc)
I am able to provide any company information necessary - I do not wish to post any details here.
I need someone from Adobe to contact me ASAP to rectify this issue as it's effecting our business. I don't know how this is OK for a company that pretty much has the complete monopoly on a product utilised by millions (Acrobat Reader) cannot be contactable irresepective of staff position within an 'online' organisation. Every communication method is blocked by 'Contact your administrator'
I understand there are other PDF alternatives but they don't even come close to the quality of Acrobat not to mention we have an account with Adobe and I wish to use it.. but I can't.
I guess Adobe has Captivated their audience InDesign of their Creative Cloud and now we're just a Muse feeling the After Effects of receiving nothing more than RoboHelp feeling

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want the access to your Admin account to change/update the plan.
Please get in touch with our chat support team using the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html) and click on the dotted icon in the lower right corner to start the chat.

When I click the 3 dots I get - Please contact your administrator for
help..
Full circle
It also says 404. In big letters (even though it's still clearly an adobe
page) lol
Any other suggestions?
Thanks

Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @Deleted User, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.

By the way, Acrobat Reader is free. You only mention Acrobat Reader and you've posted in the Acrobat Reader commujnity. What plan do you have?

I just posted it to every community I could see available - being a pest
really.
We need to edit current PDFs within the business so we need more than just
a read function unfortunately. We also can't find our word document
versions of the PDFs that need updating.
Thanks for your concern though
