I do have an HP Laptop and Adobe Acrobat it doesn't work, the screen is blank like is loading I try to uninstall it and install it back but no luck on my pc it works fine any one have a fix?

If the issue still occurs, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
- Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
- Reboot the machine
- Install from the following pages
Adobe Acrobat Pro: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.
Acrobat Reader: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.
If that does not help, create a new user profile on your machine and install the application. Let us know if you experience the same behavior or if it works fine.
