Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the application is freezing when you scroll or move through the file.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check

If the PDF file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download and save the file to your computer locally and then open it with Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC and check

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.01.20149 go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

Hope this information will help

Hi there,

I am sorry for the delay in response. I have checked the Adobe account with the email you are using on this community and unable to track any active subscription for Acrobat Pro DC. Please logout of the application and reboot the machine once and re-login with the same Adobe ID and password and check.

Thanks

Amal
