Have other Mac users found Adobe Acrobat suddenly refusing to show documents? I know they are there, because when I click on a .pdf file it launches Acrobat but I can't see anything. I can see an InDesign file if I attach it to an e-mail. I have updated to Acrobat X1 but the problem is still there.

What do you mean "invisible". There are several possibilities:

- it opens a page but it is blank (white)?

- it opens a page but it is a hollow frame showing what is behind it?

- nothing changes on screen?

- something else?

Acrobat XI is many years old. What versions have shown this problem?
