Adobe Acrobat Pro 2015 crashes

My Adobe Acrobat Pro 2015 keeps crashing randomly each day.  I have tried a repair and re-install but it still does it.  I merge PDFs pages together and save to a shared network drive.  This has never been an issue up until like 2 weeks ago.  I have a .dmp file from Adobe but I can't open it.  I have Windows 10 build 1709.

Adobe version 2015.006.30508

Hey there,

sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

As mentioned, when you merge PDFs together and save to the network drive, then it started crashing. Does it crash while accessing any other feature too?

Since you have already tried removing and reinstalling the app, then try this-

  • In Acrobat, go to Edit > Preferences, and then select Security (Enhanced) from the Categories on the left.
  • In the Sandbox Protections panel, select Off for Protected View.

Try saving the files again and see if this helps.

Thanks,

Akanchha
