Adobe Acrobat pro DC 19.21.20056 crashes when reducing file size on windows 10

I am using Acrobat Pro DC  v.2019.021.20056 Windows 10 home latest build OS . It cannot reduce any file size. program crashes and FC. I have tried on several PC I have installed Acrobat. Any solutions?

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF or with all the files you try with? Please try to reduce the file size of a different file and check. If its an issue with a particular PDF file could you please share the file with us for testing. Please upload the file on the document cloud here (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/) and generate the link and share it with us.

What is the exact workflow or steps you do to reduce the file size?

It looks like only this file crashes. some other I've tried, work ok. In Document cloud the same problem. Error.

As it seems to be a file specific issue, could you please share the PDF file with us through private message for further investigation. Please click on the message icon on the top right corner to start the private message.

Also please share the screenshot of the error message that you get.

not only file related. If the size of a file is big about 30 mb, then any editing is not possible. Error message. I cannot edit or reduce the file. when reducing file size, no error message, just acrobat shuts down. Very annoying, please correct errors in your program.

A new version of Adobe Acrobat / Raeder is now available, version 19.21.20058. Please update the application to the new version go to Help > Check for Updates. and see if that helps.
