Believe I bought the right product. Invoice says Acrobat Pro Subs... in the Set up, I have to input a trial, subscription or serial number and none of the invoice numbers work.

Invoice numbers are not serial numbers.
1. It sounds as if you have purchased a subscription. Please confirm this is the case (monthly payment)?
2. What is the exact version you have downloaded, or the name of the installer?

Online on the adobe website. Invoice is from Adobe Systems Incorporated

Yes subscription and paid 1 year.

Ok, thanks. The way it should work is this.
A subscription has no serial number. Instead, it belongs to an Adobe ID. So you just need to sign in to Acrobat using the same Adobe ID. It checks your subscription, and if you have one, the software is ready to run.

Oh and we still need to know the version you have, or the name of the installer. Because you might have downloaded the wrong software.
