I followed this other thread [adober-reader-dc-crashing-because-usr-lib-libcrypto-dylib] and I successfuly removed the DC/Security/ASPKI key from com.adobe.reader.plist and indeed it solved my initial crash problem. However when I'm attaching the PKCS11# module under Preferenes->Signature – Identities & Trusted Certificates-PKCS11# Modules and Tokens it crashes with the following:

Process:               AdobeReader [1050]
Path:                  /Applications/Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.app/Contents/MacOS/AdobeReader
Identifier:            com.adobe.Reader
Version:               21.007.20099 (21.007.20099)
Code Type:             X86-64 (Translated)

Exception Type:        EXC_CRASH (SIGABRT)
Exception Codes:       0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000
Exception Note:        EXC_CORPSE_NOTIFY

Application Specific Information:
/usr/lib/libcrypto.dylib
abort() called
Invalid dylib load. Clients should not load the unversioned libcrypto dylib as it does not have a stable ABI.

...it seems that I get the same error as the initial crash problem. NOTE: the dylib provided path for the module is valid and correspond with the token's issuer manual. What seems to be the problem here? I find it quite frustrating because I'm unable to sign my documents for 2 weeks now.

I'm having the same problem... I'm really frustrated with Acrobat. It's been more than a month now.

Any updates on this?
