Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Does Not Recognize Files Stored in Network Locations?

Product: Adobe Reader DC, version 2018.011.20038

Issue: I cannot open .pdf files that are stored on my internal network. If I copy the files to my hard drive, they open with no issue. When I open DC, and click File>>Open, I do not even see my network drives.

Attempts to Fix: I've tried searching MANY locations online and have not found a solution. It appears that most people uncheck the box that states "Enable Protected Mode at Startup". I've tried this, still does not work. It was working until maybe 4 weeks ago. Temporarily, I'm using Google Chrome to view .pdf, but that's not the best option. I've also used adobe's software removal tool, uninstalled EVERYTHING, reinstalled, still NG.

Anyone have a solution that works?

Thanks
