Hi I see there are a number of queries about this issue.  I have tried the suggest fixes and it still gives me the error.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled, used the link to do a cleanup and the problem persists.  The error message is "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.  It then also gives a debugging option. When I click on that it defaults to Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. Is there a fee Adobe debugging program which I can manually select rather than Visual Studio?

I am on Microsoft Office 365
