Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installation fails

Community Beginner ,
Oct 22, 2018 Oct 22, 2018

I have Windows 7 and have tried several times to install the latest Acrobat Reader with Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Firefox and I get the same message: Newer version already installed. There is no version installed since I had uninstalled everything from Adobe. How can I install it?
