Adobe Acrobat Reader DC problems after update to 2019.010.20098

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2019.010.20098 for Mac
Sluggish and slow.

Takes long time to close or quit. Need to force quit most times.
Now takes forever to open certain files, especially editable / savable files. Need to force quit as well to get off.
How can I uninstall it and re-install the older versions? Where to get old versions?
