Have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, still won't open, have to use Force Quit each time. Adobe uninstaller has been disabled.

I really need to access this program.

Hi Michael

Hope you are doing well and sorry to keep you waiting.

What happens when you try to open the application?  Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding?

What is the version of Adobe Acrobat reader you are using? to check the version go to help > about Acrobat and  make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20085 installed. go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, try to create a new test user profile over enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there then check.

If it still doesn't work please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html  reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Regards

Amal
