adobe acrobat reader keyboard shortcut f6 for navigating

The keyboard shortcuts page says Ctrl+F6 and shift Ctrl+F6 can be used to navigate docs, but it does not work. it just sits there like a dummy.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, keyboard shortcuts are not working, Is that correct?

Please check for any pending updates of Acrobat from help>check for updates, restart the machine after installing the updates.

Try resetting the preferences of Acrobat, to reset the preferences, refer to How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

I can switch between docs with Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab.
