Bei mir erscheint die leere Spalte für Kommentare. Wie kann ich diese in der Anzeige Spalte entfernen?

Are you referring to the comment list that appears on the right side?

If yes, then you can click on this arrow to close it (as shown in the image below)

If you are referring to something else, please elaborate on the issue and help us with a video or screenshot of the workflow you're trying to do.

Thank you for your answer. Your answer is completly right.

My mistake was completly in another field:

I created my files in WORD with comments there. Then I converted this file to *.pdf.

So I could see the comments in the *.pdf-field too. But I wanted not to see this comments there.

The right solution is:

At first a have to create a WORD-File without comments. And then in a second step a have this new *.docx-file convert to *.pdf (without comments).
