Adobe Cload on PC

How to connect Adobe Acrobat Reader DC with my Document Cloud to open my documents from cloud on Pc. On my mobile everything works fine, but on my pc I've no option to  open my cloud documents. I've already reinstalled AAR DC.

Also have no option of document cloud in the storage, whatever am I logged or not.

Waiting for answer.
