Hello Emina,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to access Adobe.com as getting Access denied error, Is that correct?

Please try the troubleshooting steps from the following KB docs Can't connect to Adobe.com online service  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/troubleshoot-cant-connect-online-service.html

You may also refer to Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

You get the "Access Denied" error when you are behind a Managed Network and Firewall, please check the firewall settings.

Hope this helps, and keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

Hello Emina,

If you are behind a managed network and firewall and not able to access Adobe.com, I will suggest if possible, please connect any machine to a different network environment  or a Guest network or a Mobile Hotspot and check.

Keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
